How is the free 30-min audit different from the in-depth audit?

The free audit is a 30-minute video call (Teams, Zoom or Google Meet): we look at how you work, where time is lost and what is worth automating. The in-depth audit (£350 + VAT) is a detailed analysis with a written report, calculations and an implementation plan. For most businesses, the free audit is the right place to start.

Will we need to replace our existing systems?

Usually not. We start by connecting what you already use: your CRM, email, Excel, accounting or stock software. We only suggest replacing something when the system itself is the cause of the problem.

Because its results are valuable even without us: you see clearly where time is lost and what to automate first. If you then hire us to build it, the audit fee is credited in full against the project price.

We host client systems in EU data centres (Supabase servers in Ireland or Germany). Access is restricted by role: each member of staff sees only what they need for their work.
