In a construction firm the same data passes through several pairs of hands: hours are written in a notebook, the estimate is retyped into an invoice, enquiries for windows, doors or gates arrive by email, and the manufacturer's order forms have to be filled in from scratch.
One platform for the whole cycle. Staff log their hours on their phones; sites and tools (with QR tags) are visible in one place. An estimate becomes a VAT invoice in one click, and payment requests are sent to the client. Enquiries for building materials, windows, doors and garage doors are collected in a basket and land in the enquiry CRM. A Drutex D-GATE garage door enquiry automatically fills in the manufacturer's PDF form and sends it by email. A bank account link via Enable Banking has also been built so invoices are marked as paid automatically — it is awaiting activation by the bank.
