International recruitment platform for an agency in Lithuania: CV-free candidate application, employer enquiries, job ads in three languages and an internal CRM.
Client: JOB-EU.LT. Sector: Recruitment. Services: Web system, CRM, Automation.
They needed a system that takes in candidates and employers without retyping: a candidate must be able to apply in a minute without a CV or an account, an employer enquiry must become an order straight away, and the team must see everything in one place.
A platform in Lithuanian, English and Russian. The candidate form needs no account and is confirmed with an email code. An employer enquiry (direct hire or temporary staff) automatically creates a client and an order in the CRM. Employers see only the candidates for their own job ads, and data access is protected by 29 automated security tests.
